COVID - 2019 有關冠狀病毒疫情
1. The Organizing Committee takes the health and wellbeing of conference participants and organizers very seriously.

It is monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak  closely.
    國際研討會學術委會非常重視會議參與者和籌劃者的健康，目前正在密切關注COVID-19的疫情。

2. At this point (8 March 2020) the conference is still going ahead. Organizers are also making preparations for on-line participation options should travel not be possible for some delegates.

至目前為止（2020年3月8日），本會議仍維持原訂舉辦時程，而若某些參與者因各地疫情狀況而無法親自出席會議，臺灣籌劃委員會正在為網路遠距參與的選項做準備。

3. In Taiwan the COVID-19 outbreak has been expertly managed. However, conference participants are encouraged to independently seek advice from:

主辦國臺灣這方面，對於COVID-19的疫情已經有非常專業的處理，目前疫情發展控制良好。

鼓勵與會人員各自尋求以下各專業人員或組織的建議，決定以何種方式參與會議：
（1） 家庭醫師
（2） 受雇機構
（3） 保險公司
（4） 世界健康組織（World Health Organization）

4. Conference participants are also encouraged to monitor this website and other information channels closely for status updates.

鼓勵與會人員密切注意本研討會官網的和其他宣傳管道的訊息發佈，以了解會議的最新狀態。

Abstract Reviewing Process有關論文摘要審查
1. On the 8th March 2020 the reviewing process for abstracts was completed. All authors have been notified of the outcome of their submission and received feedback.
2020年3月8日，學術委員會已完成摘要審查。 所有投稿者均已收到審查結果通知以及摘要的審查回饋。

2. The Organizing Committee has begun drafting the conference programme and will finalize the conference travel budget allocations shortly.

學術委員會已開始起草會議議程，並將在不久後完成會議旅費補助預算的分配。

Publication有關出版
1. Abstracts will be published for this conference.

   本次會議將會出版所有投稿通過者的論文摘要。

2. At this point the Organizing Committee is not intending to publish full conference

    papers, proceedings or journal articles resulting from the conference.
    在此階段，學術委員會尚未計畫出版本次會議的完整會議論文、論文集或期刊文章。
